Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
By joining and participating in our salon’s loyalty program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Program allows clients to earn points on eligible purchases and activities, which can be redeemed for specified rewards. Please read these terms carefully.

How Points Are Earned

Automatic Earning: Points are earned automatically through our Vagaro system for all eligible services and retail product purchases.

Exclusions: No points will accrue on gratuities (tips), sales taxes, or any additional fees.

Profile Tracking: Points are tied to the client’s personal Vagaro profile. This ensures that your points accumulate under your account and cannot be combined or transferred to another client.
Redemption Tiers
Points can be redeemed for rewards once you reach the following point thresholds:

1,000 points → 10% off one retail product (up to $50)

2,000 points → 20% off one retail product (up to $50)

3,000 points → 25% off one retail product (up to $50)

4,000 points → 30% off one retail product (up to $50)

5,000 points → $50 off one retail product

6,000 points → 15% off one appointment
-
8,000 points → 20% off one appointment
-
10,000 points → 50% off one appointment
Each reward redemption corresponds to a single item or service as outlined above. For example, redeeming 5,000 points would cover the full price of one retail product up to $50, and any cost above $50 would be paid separately.
Bonus Point Actions
In addition to earning points through purchases, clients can earn bonus points through the following approved actions:

Leaving Reviews: Earn 500 points for leaving a review on an approved third-party platform (for example, Google, Yelp, or Facebook). Limit: one review per platform will be rewarded.

Referrals: Earn 2,000 points for each referral of a new client to our salon. The new client must mention your referral and complete their first appointment for you to receive the points. (Referral points are only awarded for first-time clients; you cannot receive multiple referral bonuses for referring the same person more than once.)

Gifting to New Clients: Earn 1,000 points when you purchase a salon gift (such as a gift card or service) for someone who has never been a client at our salon before.

Social Media Engagement: Earn points for engaging with us on social media. Point values vary by activity — for example, points may be awarded for following our official pages, sharing our posts, or tagging us in your posts. (Any social media posts or engagements used to claim points must be publicly visible and properly tag our account to qualify.)

Pre-Booking Appointments: Earn 150 points when you pre-book your next appointment during checkout of your current visit.

Trying a New Service: Earn 100 points the first time you try a new category of service at our salon.
Please note that bonus point awards may take time to be credited to your account, as some actions (like reviews or social posts) require verification and manual adjustment by salon.
General Terms and Conditions

One Client per Reward: Each reward can only be redeemed by the client who earned it, and only during a single visit (one transaction/ticket). Rewards are not shareable between clients.

Single-Use per Visit: The value of a reward cannot be split across multiple appointments or visits. Each reward must be used in one transaction and cannot be saved for partial use later.

No Cash Value & No Exchanges: Points and rewards have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, and points cannot be directly redeemed for gift cards.

Usage Restrictions: Loyalty rewards cannot be applied toward gratuities (tips), outstanding account balances, or to the purchase of gift cards. Additionally, if you are paying for a service or product using a gift card, you may not combine that transaction with a loyalty reward redemption.

No Combination with Other Offers: Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, coupons, or referral credits in the same visit. Only one type of discount or reward may be applied per transaction.

Point Deduction on Redemption: When you redeem points for a reward, the full point amount for that reward level will be deducted from your loyalty points balance at the time of redemption, regardless of the final value received (up to the stated limits).

Review Rewards Limitations: Points for reviews are only awarded for reviews on our officially listed and approved platforms. Clients can only receive review points once per platform (for example, one review on Google, one on Yelp, etc. will earn points, but multiple reviews on the same platform will not earn additional points).

Referral Rewards Limitations: Referral points are only granted for referring first-time new clients. You will not receive multiple referral bonuses for the same individual, nor for someone who has already been a client. The referred client must complete their appointment for the referral to qualify.

Gift Card Purchase Points: Purchasing a gift card for yourself will not earn loyalty points. If the buyer of a gift card is also the person redeeming it, no points will be awarded for that purchase (to prevent self-referral or self-gifting point loops).

Account Adjustments: We reserve the right to manually adjust a client’s point balance for any reason. This includes correcting point calculation errors, accommodating special circumstances or edge cases, and deducting points that were granted in error.

Fraud Prevention: Points will not accrue (or may be removed) if any fraudulent, abusive, or exploitative behavior related to the loyalty program is suspected. The salon reserves the right to investigate and nullify points or rewards obtained through deception or violation of these terms.

Program Changes: The business reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the loyalty program at any time, without prior notice. This includes changing how points are earned, changing reward levels or values, or discontinuing the program entirely. However, any points already earned will remain in your account until redemption or program cancellation, subject to these terms.

Verification of Bonus Actions: Points earned from bonus actions are subject to verification. For example, we may verify that a review has been posted and meets our criteria, or confirm that a social media post tagging our salon is publicly visible, before awarding the corresponding points. If the required verification cannot be completed, the bonus points may be declined or revoked.
By participating in the loyalty program, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all of the above terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all participants. If you have any questions about the loyalty program or your points balance, please contact our team for assistance.
Corrective Color/Transition Appointments:
Due to the much longer appointment times that are blocked out for these services, cancellations less than 7 days prior to your appointment will result in fees of 50% of your scheduled service cost. Cancellations under 48 hours of your scheduled service will result in fees up to 100% of your scheduled service cost.
-No-Show fee is 100% of your scheduled service cost.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy
-We understand that life can change unexpectedly and at times it may affect your appointment with us.
-Last minute cancellations and "no-shows" are detrimental to our business.
-We offer email and text message reminders, so please opt in.
-Missed confirmations does not waive cancellation fees.
Standard Appointments:
- Cancellations under 24 hours of your scheduled service will result in fees of 100% of your scheduled service cost.
- Cancellations under 48 hours of your scheduled service will result in fees up to 50% of your scheduled service cost.
Product Returns/Refunds
Products purchased from online store are subject to the return policy listed on saloninteractive.com. Unused and unopened Products purchased in studio may be returned for refund within 7 days. Sales event products/equipment (sold on sale at less than MSRP) are final sale and not returnable.
Payment & Collection Policy
• Full payment for services is due at the time of service. Failure to provide payment will result in the outstanding balance being sent to collections, and the client will be responsible for all associated fees.
• The Haircolor Studio does not offer refunds on services.
• Chargebacks or disputed payments: Chargebacks are not permitted. If a client initiates a chargeback for services rendered, The Haircolor Studio reserves the right to pursue the full outstanding amount, including any bank fees, legal costs, or collection agency fees.
Revision Policy
-Minor revisions may be requested within 1 week of service. Minor revisions are complimentary and are based on studio availability. Minor revisions may require photos for assessment.
-Major revisions may incur additional costs based on assessment. Major revisions may require photos and/or an in studio consultation in Seattle.
Refunds
Studio Policy - The Haircolor Studio does not offer refunds on services.
