All appointments created online send a confirmation e-mail right after, so if you don't receive that, you likely didn't fully finish the scheduling process. Please login to Vagaro and it should show your upcoming appointment. If it doesn't, then you need to schedule it again and make sure you go through the process until Vagaro say's you're scheduled.
